I used this form (I think) - I also included the FedEx tracking #'s so they can get credit for a broken shipment.

Ok well this one's wierd...

I got my mug probably less than a few weeks ago...when lo and behold, I get another small package from Sun Microsystems today via FedEx...A SECOND MUG! I never signed up twice or anything, which is strange, but I really like Sun now, they keep sending me mugs
