Wow Wow Wow

I went to my first Hallmark tonight and got 20 card for $6.00 and some change! (that's about $50.00 of cards for 6 bucks!) I also picked up two Yankee Tart size candles for the the candle of the month (.89 cents each) and the card keeper for keep sake cards for $7.95! YEA the girl was really nice! Now to hit all the others in town! I'm sure I won't get that many but I just start out with 4 or 5 and then ask if I can use the rest I printed out! There was even a B&BW next door so I used those coupons from another post as well; spent $10 and got 2 free lotions! Even if I just get 4 or 5 cards at each store my card organizer will be packed!!!!

Thanks for saving the coupon as a pdf. when i first saw this, i printed only 4. :D

Got several cards already, but I had to pay tax in MA and some cards i had to pay the difference since it was over $2.00. but still GOOD. :bigok:
 
wait, how many times do the cashier people like you use that one coupon......someone mentioned they got 20 or 50 cards? so they printed 20 or 50 copies of that pdf?
 
Tried using coupons for the first time today at my nearest Hallmark store. Snooty clerk refused to allow me to use more than one coupon, and had to "tell the manager about this". Even more snooty and rude manager confirmed their refusal to take more than one coupon per visit.

That store is only 2 minutes from my house, so they're gonna see me every day for the next 13 days, that's for damn sure! ;)

Gonna try the next closest strore as well.
 
I wonder if it would work if I printed out a million coupons and walked into the store and asked for everything they had in stock for under $2.00? Hmmmmmmmm . . .
 
Well so far I'v got about 60 cards. I just smile and be super polite! I had to pay the tax on all cards and difference on more expensive cards. Each time I had a clerk Question it I pointed out the fine print where is says "ONE COUPON PER CARD" and yes I have printed over a100 of these coupons. I printed them at work on our color printer. That was nice. They even let me get the discounted gift where you buy 3 cards and get something for say $7.95! YEA! I have it 3 Halmarks so far, I need to hit some more and go back to the supr nice one!

I printed 10 coupons today which i will bring in tomorrow....
Im not overly hopeful as our local place the woman is a bit*h.....
But anyway....I'll let y'all know what happens tomorrow....

My stupid hallmark wouldn't allow me to purchase a more expensive card with this coupon. They sad I can only get a card that is $1.99 or less. This makes absolutely no sense to me. These cards must cost them like $.10 each. They would rather I take one for free than pay the difference which would surely be a profit! What a bunch of idiots!
 
The Hallmark by me has two little old ladies running the place and took 15 minutes to finally figure how to use it. But they are still allowing me to use it.

Worked fine for me. I got two $1.99 cards and used two coupons, total cost came to $.12. They looked at the coupon like they wanted to say I couldn't use both, but then because it says one coupon per card they took it. Thanks for the deal!

1st off - -This coupon is good and they HAVE to take it. It is from their crown points program, it was sent in an email, and it is for 1 card per coupon. YOU CAN use 10 coupons for 10 cards. This is they way the stores can move and change their inventories. THEY GET REIMBURSED for every card and coupon that is used. I used 75 of them so far 5 a day for 15 straight days, I have gotten 2.49 cards for .49 cents. Even on the cards that are $1.99, the coupon comes off on the bottom of the receipt for $2.00. Let the clerks speak to the managers if necessary. If they say 1 per person, they are wrong. Make them call a regional office. You CAN use more than 1 per visit.

Yes, the coupon is valid, but the stores certainly DO NOT have to take them. The managers of each store determine how they will conduct business. They do not have to take the coupon. If they do, they don't have to take more than one per visit. I know this from personal experience. They also do not have to accept the coupons for cards costing more than $1.99. Someone else experienced this tactic.

Make them call a regional office.

i was able to buy 5 really nice cards for a total of around $3 - 4

One of the cards had a picture of a dog (standing next to a toilet & holding a glass of water) that bore a striking resemblance to my dear mutt (in terms of appearance & what the dog was doing, except my dog doesn't use a glass). it was only $1.99, so with the coupon, i got it for free!

The cashier had to ring up each card individually, but all in all, it took only a few minutes for all the transactions.

I think I've gotten 120 cards so far. i spoke to the ladies of my store and they said sure come back today it's the last day so I'm printing a bunch more to use. My card holder is stuffed ! Thanks CG

Could you believe, my wife actuall got mad at me for taking advantage of this coupon? I got a total 170 cards ranging from every topic imaginable . . . . alot of birthday cards as my 2 kids have a lot of parties. I used all of them at the same store in Rockefeller Center in NY. the girls behind the register thought it was funny that I went in every day at lunch.

One even said, guess we won't be seeing you for awhile, I said - not unti lthe next coupon . . . . . .

this was awesome!!!Free hallmark cards for all..printed tons and piled them up for the office staff...share the hapiness...i used 2 at once, girl at counter gave me the "oh, you're cheating-line, but I said nope, it says one per card not per cudtomer, then handed my last to the cute man next to me ;)
