Requested this twice before. Maybe third time will be the charm. Has anyone ever received this? I never heard anything from them.

Yes, Pat I did receive this! It was some time ago but the only reason I remember for sure was because the DH was actually excited about this one!! He confiscated the little tube and went to town!! I hope yours comes this time!!
 
Nothing ever arrived from Dap until I e-mailed them. Today UPS brought a box with two full-size tubes. I think the small sample offer is probably not available even tho the page is still there.

Please note: The page is definitely still there, but there was never any response from that sign-up page. That's why I e-mailed them. Only then did they respond with full-size tubes. I suspect there are no samples, as this was an old page.
