there is no blocking...if you use

www. carma-labs .com / freesample . asp

and take out ALL the spaces, it works fine. I use IE also and it works. The reason why the link does not work, is it should have .com after carma-labs. So, either use the above link with no spaces or use the link provided in the origianl deal and add the .com after carma-labs
