What's up with all the messed up boxes. Mine arrived looking like it had been through the wringer...all smashed in & barely together! Didn't get to the mix as all the bags were open with it all inside. Well, guess it was worth a try plus didn't get the survey email.
 
I'm still waiting on mine. Hope it comes soon. :wave:

I would call this one of the BEST freebies, yet! I have also seen it in stores.

i got mine yesterday too. they do sell chocolate turtles at stores though.
 
I just got mine in the mail, but I'm not in town, so my friend picked it up for me. She told me that the package looks as if someone cut through it and taped it back up. :rant: Fortunately, all seven bags are there :)

I've been having a lot of problems with USPS packages never arriving, or just arriving really late, so I found this USPS website: http://www.uspsoig.gov/contact.htm. There's an e-mail address, fax, and 1-800 number you can call, . There's also this website: http://www.usps.com/postalinspectors/ but I'm not sure what the difference is between the two.

Please report any problems concerning mail fraud/tampering/late-or-never-received-mail! I read on the first website that there are problems all over the country, esp. recently in Chicago, CA, TX, and TN.

My box was delivered by UPS and it was opened too. I had a couple of SD County letters sent to me and it was opened :mad: , I didn't call the Post Office to complain because I'm afraid they will stop delivering my mail or just stick my mailbox with brochures or flyers. Will I be able to be anonymous if I make a compliant?

I received my second shipment of chex mix Friday 8/31. This batch was better than the first.

I don't think you can remain anonymous because they need to know what mailing address was affected, but there are several 1-800 numbers that you can call to ask about that. I've submitted online forms. Just don't e-mail them any questions because they'll never get back to you!! You should definitely report those problems, though, because the USPS will notice theft/fraud concentrated in certain areas based on consumer reports. And if you constantly deal with mail theft/fraud, I suggest talking to a live operator at the 1-800 number who can provide feedback. (The online forms are just one-way communication with USPS - they'll only contact you if something of yours is recovered or need more information.)

Could someone tell me who to contact over the crushed box & open packages. I called UPS & they said their person said box looked fine, etc. I then called 800 for UPS who said they would make sure future shipments were handled better, etc. Who do I contact from Chex as I didn't receive the email? Any help appreciated. Thanks!
