I just completed the Isuzu (sp?) offer for a $25 Starbucks card (thru this forum), so I signed up for the Target card.

did your username and password info work on the delta site (step 2)?
2) Use your username and password to sign in here
https://www.delta.com/marketing/song_transition/index.jsp

(and make sure to sign up for emails)
 
I didn't sign up for e-mails when I registered at the Delta site. rather I just clicked the "I will go to the site to check my account" or whatever that one was.... I still got the "you're gift card will arrive in 6-8 weeks screen."

But you do need to select one of the three options. HTH.
