At one point I removed what was in my cart, logged out of the site, closed everything, cleared all my cookies and started over...if you have the gc its good....just trying to get a new one is no good anymore....

not saying do that but you might be just stuck in a zone....after I did all that it only took me 5 minutes to use my GC...
 
mine was only 9.95 and shipping was not allowed to be added to the certificate....it was making it separate :(
 
FINALLY ANSWERED AFTER 1 HR 51 MIN AND 52 SEC! They closed their lines at 8pm tonight but a guy saw the phone ringing and answered ! He reissued it for me

I also like how their shipping info section clearly states:

but at checkout the shipping is actually $6.95.

If you already have the GC code and it is just adding shipping.. change the amount of the GC it is using... box to the right of the GC code... make sure it changes it at the bottom too.. or change it yourself... you will get a popup asking if you want the amount taken from your GC ?? click yes and it goes thru.

Great it worked got the whole 20.00 to credit to order Thanks. also I did find a couple items (however not for me) that offer free shipping like m-2 products they had a facial cleanser for 22 with free shipping. So don't give up hope get back in there!!!

I don't know what I was doing wrong before, but I gave it one last try, and it went through without a problem. I ordered a lovely sounding peach scented bubble bath for $13 and witht eh $6.95 shipping it came to $19.95 covered by the gc.
