Online ticket supplies are depleted.
You can still receive your ticket by redeeming by mail, complete the form and submit your proofs of purchase to receive your ticket.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR TICKET:
MUST BE POSTMARKED BY 6/15/09.

1) Enter a valid email address in the box below to download the claim form.

2) Complete required information on the claim form and mail it along with your original proof of purchase receipt (please note that photocopies will not be accepted).

3) Send to:

PO Box 19334
Irvine, CA 92623-9334

4) Once your claim is validated you will receive your e-Movie Cash ticket via email.
 
how can we do this if we did not purchase the product, says right on the top IMPORTANT: THIS MAIL-IN FORM MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT SHOWING PURCHASE PURCHASE OF CASTROL SYNTEC. am i missing something here?

This thread is why its mail-in only.
I didn't notice that this was for purchase only until I saw a thanks for buying castrol .... oil....

so I guess they found out there was a massive theft of the movie cash w/o out any purchasing of the oil.

you would have thought they wouldn't let you use the same codes more then once.

I guess they wised up.
