(Expired) Bath & Body Works VIP club

still nothing emailed them will have to call in am.
 
I called 2 days ago and was told if I didn't get a response back to call another number....I called again today and spoke to a very nice lady that so far has been bending over backwards to help me....I joined like everyone else did back in November last year...did some surveys blah blah blah and got nothing as promised. The woman I spoke to today got a hold of the person in charge of the VIP program and she was told that I was removed at the end of the summer?!?! because I was not participating...I said to her I joined in the winter and the summer just ended lol I had done plenty of surveys which were VERY time consuming and was promised a box of goodies tailored to my likings....after not hearing anything back, I emailed them after SEVERAL months because I had forgotten about it and got that same generic email about the $50 g/c. After not receiving anything yet again, I emailed again and got the same letter again. I told her if I was removed then how would I know about the email??? DUH! She said she was going to send me what she could from her dept which is a $25 g/c but she was going to contact that woman again to see if she will budge. If she doesn't, I will be reporting them to the BBB!! I kept the emails so I have the proof....I think it's b/s that they want to back out of their deal after all the time I devoted to those STUPID surveys! I am supposed to be hearing back from her probably tomorrow

A while back I remember they sent out an email asking if we still wanted to be on the panel so maybe that's where they deleted you. Sorry for your troubles!

you have that email that tells you that you'll be getting the bbw egift card on friday??? which was last friday. if so you need to forward that email to cs and head of that online community, look through your emails that you got the surveys from or call cs and ask for that person's info who's in charge of the online community. or just reply back to that email and see what happens. i did some of the surveys but not all they were too long and boring, i didn't expect to be getting anything but i did which i got lucky. good luck :hugs:

I had Lourdes....she is one of the big bosses :) can't remember the name of the project manager but I dont think that was it...will have to listen to my vmail again...they called when we were in the middle of a patient rush...but they left the message saying they were sending it via usps

Hi was just curious how you got the call and if you had an email before saying you were getting one. i belong to this group since it started or was first posted on here and did all the surveys and everything and then couldnt get on the site all of a sudden. kept saying that my password was invalid. it kind of makes me upset that i took all the time to fill out surveys and partake on the boards and i never got anything. i sent them an email trying to see what was going on and why i couldnt get on the board and they gave me some 800 number to call and my computer crashed and now i cant retrieve the email.:rant:

I just have one thing to say here: I need socks! I have very poor circulation in my feet, and it's cold here. I actually have two pair of socks on right now! But seriously, sorry I missed out on this whole thing--don't know why, but I never signed up (might have been closed by the time I checked it out). Great stuff, you guys! Enjoy all your B&BW goodies!

Oh, I just saw that lovefreebees is after your socks!!!

(bad news) still nothing (good news) when i called they said they had a tracking # for it, so off the the post office i went they said it had been delivered as i stated to you guys on wed. so i will call them again in the am and let them know they said they would see what they could do about it.

that really sucks! I am still waiting....we shall see if my g/c shows in the next few days...would be nice! My 40th bday is next Tuesday!! will go great with the g/c I am supposed to be getting from Fridays because of the whole fighting w/them to take my woodys coupons lol....yeah I called them about the snippy waitress and the crappy manager making me feel like I was trying to steal when I had my family get the coupons for me via their facebook accounts....not my fault they all had the same serial numbers....with bricks the number on the top of the coupon changes...not a permanent serial number DUH! Even the regional manager was pissed when I told him what happened..he was like well I guess they don't read their emails...we told them about the serial numbers all being the same....he was going off lol...and told me that he would be taking good care of me....so bbw gift and free dinner anyone?? lol

got my $50 card saturday :) went with my daughter to bbw and when we got there they were handing out booklets with coupons in them....the only coupon that was good for yesterday was spend $15 and get ANY product free up to $15 so away we went shopping lol....they have the signature collections on sale b3g2 free so we headed for the body sprays...not the perfumes....they are $12 each so I got 5 then for the other free, I got another one...so my order was $38.xx for 6 body sprays....Mariah was next....she got 5 hand soaps (the foaming ones) they were on sale for $3 each (the big ones) and then she got another body spray for the freebie....hers was $16.xx so I paid $4 out of pocket...booklet also has $10 off $30 coupon and 20% off entire order....

so, for $54 I got over $100 worth of stuff
