If you go to allure.com/freestuff and click on the link for the perfume, it brings you to the rules page. All entry forms are the same though so it doesn't matter.

i had to take an early lunch so i was away from the computer at noon. anyway, it occured to me to try to enter from the crappy internet access i have on my cell phone. i searched allure free stuff and i found the form and was able to enter. i just thought i would let you guys know in case you want to try it next time you are away from the computer. the internet is so limited on cell phones that i never even thought it before.
