If you choose paypal, how do they know where to send it? I just put paypal then my email address. Also, at the top of the page it said "QuestionPro Feature Survey (A) -Copied". Does this mean they know it wasn't sent directly to me?

Sounds very fishy to me. I just tried the survey and I entered nothing on the second page where they ask for the PayPal email or home address and it went through and told me my reward will come in 3-5 days. lol

If you uplink the page to Questionpro.com, this is a company that sets up surveys for any company. You can set up a test one yourself to see if you are interested in purchasing their services. I wonder if someone did that with the $5.00 thing. Just a test survey

maybe they want everyone's paypal email address so they can send you those fake emails telling you something is wrong with your account and you hit there link to login and they scam you.....
