(Expired) 1000 Free Points from MyPoints

I used to LOVE this program, everyone in my family LOVED IT! One day they just cut all of us off with no real explanation though! We have all tried to contact them but they never respond. Each and every member of my family had an account, we are all real people, none of us were playing any games or trying to put one over on them by making up fake people, but they still will not allow us to have our accounts back! We even offered to send them copies of birth certificates but they still will not respond!
 
Usually all they want is copies of your DL's to verify you are different people in the same household.

I have cashed in for numerous giftcards as well. Primarily all my points are from click-through emails, rarely do I ever buy anything through MP (but I do LOOK and see if there is a deal there before I buy online!) I print out coupons from Coupons.com every week, now I get points for doing it. I used to order my office supplies through Office Depot and got to the OD page via MP and made all the points even though it was from work (haven't done that in a while tho). I do the little "about you " surveys. I check as many categories as I can tolerate to receive emails about so I get more emails. If I order flowers for delivery I go through MP. My fav is around Christmas though, there are usually killer deals that aren't anywhere else on the net (free ship, % off, free gift- PLUS points!) and I rack some up around then. HTH

I have been a member for years- since 98 I think? The trick to getting the most points is to sign up for as many "categories" as you can to get emails about. To earn the points in an email just click the box for more info, let the pop-up page/ad load, close it. Voila, 5 points. Also tip- if there is a NO box (no I am not interested)- click that one too and you usually get points for both! :lol:

See my post above- I don't shop much through them but still get over $100 worth of gift cards each year. If you don't mind taking surveys their points for surveys add up really fast. I used to do a lot of surveys but am so burned out by ones that offer "contest entries" for a 15-min survey or one survey a month for 100 points and it takes 5000 points to get a $5 gc or a plastic trinket :roll:

GC's start at $5 increments for about 750 points and you can also get FF miles, hotel rewards, donate to charity, even earn towards travel certificates and such. If you get 100 to sign up, fill out your profile is another 60 I think, read your emails and click them all, take a few surveys, you will prob get to your first GC in about two months. Sounds like a long time, but your investment is less than 10 minutes a week and sometimes you run across some killer deals. You get used to getting and doing the emails, checking the site, etc and they rack up quickly!

Anyone can go to the site and sign up, if you wish any of us already registered will be glad to refer you. We can get a one-time bonus of points, that's it, and if you don't want to do that NP just use and enjoy the site! :D
 
Anyone get credited yet?? I know it said 2 to 4 weeks but I am very inpatient. ha-ha

I didn't get the 1000 points either but I signed up when Joyce posted less than a month ago and I already have 510 points just from surveys and emails and I didn't buy anything yet. Good post Joyce! :)
 
I just checked my account, and it doesn't show it listed as pending or credited. Wish I could remember what date I did it on then I could look it up by week. Oh well. Thanks anyway.
 
no 1000 points but since I register I earn 600 points wowo just in bonus emails

but I have a question I refer one of my friends and he already have like 200 points but i don't get the points for referal what do I have to do,do I have to wait for the points to get credited if so how much time do I have to wait
 
I havent got them either and I am real disappointed. I thought out of all companys mypoints would credit. This is a BIG shock to me.
 
Has anyone received their 1000 points yet? It doesn't show anywhere on my account either so I'm getting a little doubtful we'll be getting them.
 
I sent them an email today and I'll let everyone know if they respond back. :)
