I also received a revlon eye shadow and the neutrogena Wave cleaner yesterday from Lucky but I can't remember why? Was it a freebie or a prize win? any answers will be appreciated...

See the OP. You must have entered those days in March. They gave away so many of different things each day, so it was a "win" for you.
 
I got a Neutrogena Wave today in the mail even though I just bought one last week! I'm probably going to give it to my mom or best friend. Glad these are finally coming the mail though.

I don't see the Dermalogica in the OP. Must have been a different sweepstakes from March. This is fantastic for you. Congrats!

Update on Elizabeth Arden I received (sample and not $36 ARV product), I finally called Customer Service at EA, and they're going to look into it. Will update if/when anything happens.
 
Elizabeth Arden wasn't very helpful and neither was Lucky. I did eventually get a full-size make-up, but they are not re-sending to everyone. They claim there was no guarantee that it would be a full-size product with a $36 value. BS. Every other prize was exactly as described as far as I can tell. Just got the run-around for well over a month.

HOWEVER, because of all this back and forth, I did get to speak with the person at Lucky who was actually in charge of the promotion, and they have E-MAILED ME THE WINNERS' LIST. I know, I know. Unbelievable. However, I am not posting it because this list has addresses, phone numbers and e-mails. If anyone wants me to check anything, they will have to PM me and I'll do it as I have time. Or I can forward it to someone who wants to take on the job. LMK.

OK: I think the easiest way to handle this is for anyone who's interested to give me their name, city and the prizes they DID receive. If I find something not included, I'll let you know. Otherwise, this could become a full-time job. Any other ideas?
