I just got there. There's a EULA you have to accept. Unfortunately, I'm at work so I didn't finish the download, but it's some odd 370MB for GTA2. Good going RockStar!

And thanks to the people who made the AutoFill extension for Firefox - it makes doing the R* form 100 times in a row much more simple ;)
