Yeah...I have gotten in every one since last September and I've only won one prize! I am always happy to see anyone on Spoofee get stuff though :) Good luck.

I couldn't get on Spoofee and didn't enter until 12:24 when I saw it was open, so good thing I have a few hair sprays in my linen closet...They sure picked a crazy time to do updates.

You guys are so funny! My computer does not show the seconds, but the cable TV clock does. I usually just use that, which may explain why I've only gotten two wins in 16 months. But, no, you don't wait until 12:01. That's usually too late. I think the error message (which I get a lot of the time also) is because everyone is trying to submit at the same time (I think I'm finally catchin' on to this computer thing). I do hold my breath, Eva, but it hasn't helped me. Sunbeam's got the whole thing down "pat" !!

This wound up in the wrong place somehow--don't know where the hell I am. OK, now I see what happened. I was reading back a page or two--hadn't read to the end--and responding thinking I was on the last post--then there was another page intervening. No wonder none of this makes sense. Does anyone really care anyway?

I enter at 11:59:59 by my computer clock. If you click on the time in Windows, it opens up a little box that will show you the seconds...

And for fear of jinxing myself, I refuse to announce my wins.
 
Good luck on this one to all of you... I have a meeting at noon and will not be able to enter :( Oh well, can't lose my job over a $20.00 bottle of cream :)

crud...I had that I lived in Afghanistan and got an error, seeing as how it didn't match my zipcode to that country. probably missed that product! (what's sad is that this isn't the first time I've done that!) :mmph: *I'll double check my entry next time*

so sorry sun22beam hope it didn't slow you down to much.

I've been waiting a few seconds after my pc clock says 12 est just in case its a few seconds ahead...not been winning anything so this time soon as it hit 12 i clicked submit....surely sooner or later I'll win something LOL I hope!
 
I was so lucky today, as my husband is home (well, that has its pros and cons actually)--but anyway, he came up to the computer room to show me how to see the seconds tick down! I entered this one at exactly 12:00:02, so if that's not good enough--too bad. And Eva, he did exactly what you said--after the page is open, just click on the time on the bottom right on the computer. Now if I can just learn how to get "two windows" open at the same time so I can enter my friend every month also.....there sure is a learning curve on all this stuff!

Sun22beam: Well, I guess the question is now: Do you want the Roc cream or would you rather relocate to Afghanistan so that your entries will just sail on through? OMG, that is so funny. Don't you have roboform?

I use internet explorer and open a window that way. I click on the computer's Start button...find the program that you use for your internet searches...right click to send that program to your desktop as a shortcut icon...then you should be able to open a second window.
