Discuss Past Months Allure Give-Aways Here

I received two items via UPS today: Kiehl's Strong-Hold Styling Gel (from 8/27, 3 PM) w/no reference--just a return address in NYC, and Clinique Kohl Shaper for Eyes (from 8/13, 6 PM) w/budget code: 1530-1917004031. Don't know if that's a ref. or not. This one also says "Sender's Name: R. Sheingold."

It is a reference number. Mine is on it's way!
 
Is anyone getting their prizes without emailing? I was debating whether to send just one email to Allure with all the family's missing prizes, names, and addresses from the winners list or have everyone do their own, but have not done anything yet . . . was hoping that some of the prizes would just arrive since Allure has been notified which items were not sent . . . Congrats to all who have their prizes in their hands today!
 
I was wondering the same thing. I know the VS is coming but I couldn't track Clinique and I didn't contact them either.
 
I'd go ahead and send an email to Allure for the prizes. It looks like some prizes were sent out (at least partially), but not all of the winners recieved. The companies may think everyone got the prizes, unless they are notified otherwise from Allure. Plus, everyone seems to be having good luck by doing this, and it truly only takes a second to email. Good luck. :)

I resolved three of my five missing items on my own and contacted Allure about not hearing back from Neutrogena and not being able to contact anyone at all about the bobby pins. Their first response was automated, the second asked which specific items (even though I had already told them), the third (just received) said "I don’t see your name and email address on any winners lists. What is your mailing address?"... seriously?!? I had to direct them to the exact page of their own list.

:argh:

To clarify what I did: just sent an e-mail to Allure w/a list of my missing items. I had my husband send a separate e-mail from his e-mail address about his missing items. He has received two of six already and I received two of nine so far without contacting any of the companies myself. Of course, if things don't show up, I will follow up.

Today, my husband received the Citre Shine Anti-Frizz Serum (from 8/6, 6 PM) via FedEx, ref. Citre Shine.
 
Sent my email today and got the form letter...now to see how long it takes to get my remaining two items! :D
 
On the colormark or touchback by color mark prizes, do we need to tell them again what color we chose? I am not sure about that, I don't want to get the wrong color sent. Thanks.

I contacted them directly and didn't have to tell them which color, they sent the color I chose when entering.

Thanks so much . . . so that means that they have our names and the color we chose and they are just not sending them until we email???
 
got the Ricky bobby pins today. :teeth: Now, just waiting on the ColorMark, and my missing prizes will all be accounted for!
