I swear our mail people do the same. From food samples to free coupons I would be willing to wager money that 9 out of 10 times something of ours goes missing that they are the culprit. There have been a lot of cutbacks at our boroughs post office branch so our block does not have a permanent carrier, the fill-ins don't seem to care about delivering on time or how they handle our mail. There are days where we get no mail and others we have so much there are three bundles held together with rubber bands.I'm starting to think my mail lady is stealing my stuff.
I have a question for the Spoofette who worked for the post office, would a postal worker having a foulmouthed conversation on their cell phone while delivering the mail be a violation of their code of conduct? One of the fill-ins is a crude thirty-something guy who has carried on that sort of conversation while walking onto my porch on at least four occasions. I would give the specifics but I think the words he used would end up censored anyway.
, two important mails were not delivered and were returned to sender, good thing sender contacted us to make sure our address was correct, i've had mail not deliver on time, and our mailman is rude as hell. :argh:
