I finally got my rebate check on 5/4. It was postmarked 5/3, but the check date was 3/22 and said it was only valid for 90 days, half of which was expired by the time that they mailed it! Smell a scam?
When it was late, I called them and they emailed me that I would receive my check within the next 2 weeks. After 6 weeks it didn't come, so I emailed (around 4/30) them that I was going to stop by in a few days. Apparently that got their attention, because they finally mailed it on 5/3. I actually stopped by on my way home from work that day (about 2 hours after the postmark), and there was only a single girl there. She didn't seem real happy to have a customer confront her in person about a very late rebate while she was there alone. She actually tried to call the guy (Joseph) doing the rebates, but couldn't get him as it was about 6:30 P.M. She had a real nice, new Mercedes parked right in front of the door.
