** DEAD ** -- 5000 Sheets of Paper + Mini Fridge for $15 Shipped Free

Nope wont work even if I changed the zip code. I changed it from my house to the nearest large metropolitan city and then again to my university zip code, wont work still... =( I guess i'm out of luck. But the offer expires on the 8th of january right? I can still wait and hope?

If you want to get it shipped to your house, then you can't 'just put in zip codes' unless they are within the local area. I tried putting the Florida zipcode in this morning (where the fridge was in stock), and then shipping it to Rochester, NY, but it switched the stock to the local (Rochester) warehouses, where it's OOS, so no deal. Also, you can't "just order the fridge" like someone else said, just because the MSRP of the fridge is above the $50 order limit. The computer system doesn't count the fridge in the order total, because the coupon sets it to $0. I do agree that the fridge is no where near being worth $80. It's something you'd get at 'Big Lots' or 'Value City' for ~$15, but *shrug* free is free. Viva la cheap!

Depending on how fast they ship the goods, I'm not sure they would legally be able to charge you additional money once they bill the credit card and ship the merchandise. They can cancel the order and the charges before they ship it to you (which they might just do for some people), but once you have the goods, and the credit card is charged, as far as I know they can't re-charge for their mistake.

You're right -- but Office Depot like most other brick and mortar players -- don't charge your credit card (or consider the sale complete) until the item ships. I missed out on a $20 rebate from Staples last month on an $69.99 paper shredder I bought as a gift because they didn't ship it (or charge my credit card) until the day after the rebate expired, although I had "purchased" it online three days previously. When I called to complain, the friendly CSR happily told me I could return the item to the store for a full refund if I was unsatisfied -- not an easy thing to do when it's a gift.

My recommendation? Watch your credit card statement - if the "mini fridge" shows up at $79.99, take it right back to the store and return it.

Hey I just tried to order that paper and mini fridge and at first it was letting me type in the couons then before i knew it...they wern't valid anymore...has anyone come across this problem??

If you cut and paste the coupon code from this thread, you may end up including an extra space at the end of the code (i.e. "####### "), which will make the code equivalent to a Nader vote (worthless.) Not sure if this is what you are experiencing, but worth a double-check just in case.

cant get it to work

they have the fridge in stock but the paper coupon only takes $3.90 off the total of 59.00 for the paper. the fridge coupon works fine. what am i doing wrong?
 
Try ordering ten reams.

What anyone would do with ten reams of paper & a mini frig that you don't know what it looks like is a mystery.

The Fridge is in stock in my area, however, the paper coupon seems to only be allowing 1 use now (total deduction of 3.90). Anybody know a way around this, or a different product that may work?
 
I already got the paper but.......

I received the paper today (the day after I ordered it) but no luggage. I ordered the luggage instead of the out of stock mini-fridge. I went on-line and it looked like the luggage should have shipped too. I called Office Depot CS and they were asking me what the coupons were for (they couldn't find them). After I read them the details, they said the luggage deal should have worked. I expalined that the coupon said "..any order over $50 = I can use the free luggage coupon". They said that the paper coupon should have negated the luggage coupon. I explained that I ordered the paper (over $50), selected the luggage and luggage coupon and them applied the paper coupon. I thought the CS rep's head was going to explode. She said she would have their "resolution" team call me. Any advice Spoofee-ites? I mean the paper is a good deal anyway but I would not have ordered 3 reams of blue, buff and 4 reams of green paper if not for the lure of something of higher value for free.
Your advice is welcomed.

Got my paper today too....

And my credit card has only been charged the $16.05 - and I have a shipping notice that my fridge will be here on Friday....I'm figuring that the kid's school can always use some paper - I'll keep some of it - especially the lilac - it's real perty.....:) :13: :07:

Yea.. i got my stack today also... tons of paper.. but no fridge :(

im not even going to try and call... but still the paper is a good deal... im sure it cost more to ship it then what i paid. i ordered yesterday and it arrived on my doorstep today... that's service for you. :banghead:
 
Fast! Ordered it Tuesday and most of it arrived Wednesday. (WVa)
Must of been out of one color as I only received 7 reams.
I got free luggage instead of free fridge; I'd post info but they're out of that item now too.
 
I did one for Ohio just now, fridge still available but the paper coupon isn't as much. Total order was 67.52 had I submitted
