Compaq 17 incher Flat Screen /w Speakers. Free Or Cheap!!

Still wondering if global is considered a club/warehouse retailer though?

Ya know, it might not be all that good of a monitor, but for free, who cares? :D
 
Im actually using the monitor right now. Its not the best monitor but it good enough. It does it job and best of all its free after rebate.
 
It looked gigantic in Staples's local store, is it really as big as it seems? also why is it not so hot of a monitor? Are the colors weak? Its not bright? I am wondering if the componety is high tolerance in order to justify what is today a ridiculously high price.

I'm considering picking up this baby but only because it is free.

I found one in Best Buy BTW and it was priced at $399! That was for the 17" model! Are they nuts? BB sells the Phillips, Samsung, and Enron 17" models for about $120 full retail. Who would pay $400 for this ?

You can get a flat screen LCD for $400.

This monitor is good. Im not saying thats its horrible just that its not the best ive used. It does its job great and i would get another one if i had another one instore. If you are in need of a monitor you should get this one.

I have not seen these monitors at best buy. But for that kind of price i would recommend you to just get a LCD monitor for that cash. Not worth it. ;)
