I just got an invite!!! lol
 
I applied for some of the other parties and got turned down. Did not apply for this one and says already accepted. But I'll take it!!! I do have a ten year old so maybe it is a random drawing thing if you have a kid in that age group
 
WE GOT IN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I JUST CHECKED THE HP WEBSITE. Everyone who is new to this, check the website versus waiting on an email to invite you. Sometimes there is a big lag. Finally the dryspell is broken. ahhhhhhhh....
 
I got in!! :claps: But I really wanted the Maybelline Orville girls night in. I love getting free makeup and food! :like:

I sent them an email, basically begging to be selected...I know desperate! Here's their reply today:

"Thank you for your email. While we have notified some people of their host status for this event, there is a good chance we will notify a second batch of potential hosts as well. We are still in the process of putting together the second batch, so there still is hope you are selected. Please feel free to respond if you have any other questions and best of luck!"

So, still hope!
 
WOW! I just got an email saying we were selected. I never expected that. I've been a member for 2 years and have been selected for parties. So, maybe there's hope for everyone who isn't a "newbie"!

I went to my grandsons Grandparents day at his school and didnt make it. The one day that I aint here!:rant:

Who knows. I sent them an email asking to be reconsidered. Dunno if it'll work but you never know until you try. They did say 2,002 apps. You would think it would be a nice even amount.:)
