Too late again.... I gotta get online more often.. LOL Like 8 hours a day isn't enough.

FYI for those of us that were too late. You can print an application and mail in....

To apply to these programs, please mail a photo of yourself in work wear clothing, along with a completed and signed application and confidentiality statement to:

Yes you have to send your test product back, BUT...they send you a brand new item in return that is yours to keep after it is returned.:teeth:
