Not sure what the dealio is at Bzz these days. I had the opposite experience of yours on Saturday. I had to submit my first negative report for a campaign because I truly had no luck in redeeming my experience with the product (Cover Girl makeup~went on like pancake batter amongst other things!). But, to write the report I was much more diplomatic and explained in four full paragraphs, in detail, the issues I had, how I tried to resolve them, etc.. On Saturday afternoon I receieved an IMMEDIATE response back saying they could only see the first line of my report....what? (of course the first line was "I was so happy to receive my box of Cover Girl...) but rather than say there might be a tech issue, Jono awarded the report a "FAIR". In the time between the first negative report I submitted and his response I had submitted a second Bzz report that was a positive. Also received a "FAIR"...wth?!! Been doing Bzz for years and have never received less than GOOD, but one negative and I got slammed. So I guess in order to return stellar results to the Client , they just 'lose" the negative reports......
