you should tell them

I got my Natures Source Package, it was wrap up in a garbage bag with tape wrapped around it. The whole box was drenched in glass cleaner, including the coupons! blah

:mmph::mmph::mmph: email them and tell them you can't pass out the coupons or try their product because the package burst in transit. you deserve a replacement:mmph::mmph::mmph:

I have gotten offers for so many bzz campaigns lately.... The new glade candle collection, Pet Hair remover brush, nutrogena makeup (eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner and consealer), palmolive full size bottle of dish liquid and about a dozen sample packs, and my 12 year old is getting some facial kit.

It is going to take forever to bzz all of this stuff!

And I would call them right away about that box being messed up!!!

Hilly, That's so strange! Mine arrived yesterday all neatly packaged inside an XL Ziploc container all sealed, but no tape.....There are 4 products inside plus the Bzz kit and free coupons package. Double check if everything was included. It almost sounds like someone opened your box and re-wrapped it???

Mine was in a ziploc bag inside a box too, but glass clear lid leaked half the bottle out all over inside and the postal service I'm guessing wrapped a garbage bag around it and taped it up. I went to check mail saw it I was like wtf is this about??

I got the invite for the Natures source but by the time I checked my email the campaign was full My 13 year old is also dissapointed because if you are under 18 all you get is womlets and no rewards. You have to be 18 to have a my points, and I was thinking she could use my account, but guess not. They should come up with another reward program for them or atleast send them extra products.

I want to go this weekend.
Do I have to tell the waiter before I order that I have the coupons or can I just hand it to them when I get the check??
I'm afraid of them treating me like crap if I give it to them before if they think I won't tip them.
oh and can you use them if you order it to go??

Couldn't they scare up extra coupons for the free products so you could obtain your own fulll size products to use AND have some to disperse to people you Buzz?? I would email them back and ask~I could understand not having extra of the large bottles hanging around, but free coupon books~c'mon!!

when you sit down just show them your coupons, they are very good about coupons, i had another coupon along with the two guiltless' ones and they honored them. If you can, order an appetizer or drinks b/c the guiltless meal comes up to be free and its not that satisfying

Yes to both - at least in most cases that I have been involved in . I am also kinda leery about mentioning a coupon at time of ordering and I've never had a hard time redeeming it at the end. Also, unless it is printed on the coupon that it is not valid for take out, they should honor it. The way this economy is going, you would think that they would be thrilled with any business they can get - regardless of a discount...

I recieved my Sense and Spray (clean linen) kit on Saturday - used it for an hour and nearly passed out from the OVERWHELMING odor (not scent)... Geez, who did they make these for anyway - seems like a great device for the Patriots locker room but IMHO certainly not in a home - at least not mine. PPPPPPPPPPPUUUUUUUUUUUU....It's funny, though - I always get the Clean Linen fragrance for my PlugIns and I love it! It seems like a different scent to me... Gave it to my sis in law - hope she likes it..
