I did another survey yesterday and after I was done it asked me if I wanted to transfer to Mypoints. Is it going to do that every time? Shouldn't it be automatic?
 
no I think you have to tell them to do it... I didnt know and 5 pts expired from a survey i did a few weeks ago.... I made sure I clicked on the link to put them to mypoints the next time.
 
Got the Plum card invite too, what am I gonna do with that? LOL

Apparently after you do reports and survey on there, I thought I was accepting or Declining one of those offers and I lost my 50 points! I thought those go over there
automatically when we accept the mypoints and we didn't have to do anything after that!

Thanks for your email. Any time you get a report approved starting starting June 9 and from now on, you must either accept the MyPoints you've earned or decline them. This goes for any points you earn whether from BzzReports or surveys you take. You need to click the "My Stuff" link located under BzzPerks. Once you are there you will see a list of "Pending My Stuff" which includes BzzReports that you have written that have been approved. You must either Accept or decline those MyPoints.

There is an expiration date on how long you have to accept them. If you don't accept them in that time frame they will be lost and you won't be able to get them back. So if you are looking at your "MySTuff" history and it says expired, that means those specific points are no longer available. If it says you accepted them, then they will show up in your MyPoints account as pending 48 hours after accepting. Have a Beeautiful day!

I AM SO LOST with this new system!! Was working on some Bzz reports tonight and incidently found out that I LOST over 100 Mypoints for recent reports~how?? Are we supposed to be checking somewhere for this Accept/Decline deal? When I have done surveys, I have gotten an immediate prompt to accept or decline which I did but I haven't gotten anything for reports!! We apparently don't get the Bzz agent emails re: reports anymore, so where do we go to follow this up. All I could find was that the points are for us to A/D for only 7 days and then you are SOL. ARGH!!:mmph:

Also, despite having read the FAQ and as much as I can find on the Bzz site I still do not understand how you cash in an early invite "coupon" if you will IF YOU ARE UNAWARE OF WHAT CAMPAIGNS ARE AVAILABLE!!! There is no area I can find stating campaigns are going on so is this early invite thing just a joke??

Sorry for the rant everyone, I am so tired from a night of typing and then at the end to find out I didn't even receive my, Mypoints for reports they classified as "exceptional".

Anxious to hear your thoughts cause I could just be plain, old fashioned stupid.
 
I was just looking around the site and you have to click on "my stuff" to accept points and view the womlets. :bigok:

Thank you, Inarobin but I had already emailed them last night with my confusion and received the "SOL" email this morning:

Thanks for your email. Yes, you still receive the approval emails after your
reports get approved with the ComDev comments, but you MUST accept your points
in order for them to transfer to your MyPoints account. There is an expiration
date on your points so you must accept them within a given period of time. Once
they expire there is no way for us to get them back.

The points will show up in your "MyStatus" page once you take surveys and your
reports get approved. But your page does NOT refresh automatically so if you are
on your BzzAgent homepage when a report gets approve you must log out and log
back in to see your points show up to accept them.

I am readily accepting that I am stupid regarding this new system, but I guess that is largely my point (my point--ha ha-- no pun intended) it is a NEW system and maybe you could "hold our hands" a bit so we don't feel frustrated as we learn it. I mean many of us have been submitting our first reports since the change and not even one reminder email to log in and accept points for reports. (By the way, STILL waiting on Bzz emails re: Aveeno reports...but my points have already expired)

I was entering reports at 11 last night which ended up being approved within minutes of submission which means the clock is ticking on the 7 days until you A/D the Mypoints. Wasn't finding any way to do that last night~but today's email indicates I need to LOG OUT and go back in. I mean these are new details that I think warrant some guidance and some patience with the agents.

Thanks for listening everybody~rant over...well,for now I guess.:)
 
That is totally unfair- I don't remember having to log out and back in to collect my points.So sorry. I would still try calling them. You deserve your misley 50pts.
 
Ok well i have my teddy grahms kit, n umm.. well.. they r gross, lol, IMO, I have trieed givin some to my mom my 16 y/o son, 15 y/o brother, nope, no one likes them,....... except.... My 4 year old daughter Skylar!!!!!!

Got this today- they don't taste that bad. Definately more for toddlers tastes then mine. My 5yr. old likes them.
