Couple suggestions for ya. If your movie does not show up by the Estimated Arrival date, go to Report DVD Issues & select I never received the DVD. Then selcect Send the next movie, not Send the same movie. They will send the next movie out the next day, and you will usually still get the movie that didn't arrive on time. Occasionally, the front of the mailer comes off which makes the movie lost, and it gets sent back to Blockbuster. If you have any problems at all with the service, call them. They will send you free e-coupons, give you a couple free weeks, whatever to make you happy. You'll like the service I'm sure...
