Maybe the Aveeno fiasco is finally getting cleared up. I got the following e-mail today, but I had gotten my eye kit about a month ago after calling Customer Service and explaining the problem. I thought everyone had received all of their Aveeno items by now. Perhaps some others will get this e-mail as well...and perhaps a second item (me and sun22beam, for ex.). I'm not spending any more time on this correcting their faulty process, so if they send another one, that's OK with me:

I wrote them back explaining that not all companies send emails and that's why winners' lists are so important in resolving these matters. My suggestion: post the winners' lists online. If you need to follow up on anything with Allure Free Stuff, the email is [email protected].
