AMD 64, 1024MB DDR, 80gig, CD-RW, DVD-Rom Tower 530 shipped!

JustLooking,

If you are looking to spend over $1000 you will want to go with an AMD64 if your looking for under $1000 go with the AMD2500+ by the way this is if your a gamer. Next is the motherboard go with a Gigabyte or Asus. Then you will need to get good memory don't get cheap stuff. Corsair and Geil are my favorites. I would get atleast 512mb of PC3200 but if you have an extra $100-$150 get 1gb. Then a nice video card. Around $150 you can get an ATI9600XT for $210 you can get an ATI9800 Pro. I have the 9600xt but the 9800 pro is a lot better. Then a hard drive with atleast 7200rpm and 8mb cache. Again if you have some extra money get a SATA or you could get 2 IDE hard drives. Then a CD-RW or DVD-+RW some of the DVD burners are under $90 now. Next a power supply if you get a cheap one it can wreck your whole system I got an Allied 400watt for $30 but an Antec is the best one available. Lastly you will need a case and any case will do. If you want you can email me for more in depth parts like sound cards, fans, speakers, etc [email protected].

If your looking to spend under $400-500 I can help you there too.

If you are gonna buy online www.NewEgg.com is the best and safest way to go.

HAHA using peerguardian I can't even get to this site. I guess other people don't like this company.

What's peerguardian? Is it a proxy server?

PeerGuardian is a program that blocks websites, government servers, RIAA, MPAA, and a whole bunch of those other people out to get me. http://methlabs.org/methlabs.htm

in addition/slight correction...it's a "add on" firewall that blocks IP address from known RIAA, MPAA, etc. Needless to say it not 100% safe. I guess you can compare it to a fabric sheepskin condom... thought it's not a dead on guaranty, it's better than nothing! :D
