Allure Giveaways and Allure Subscribers

Is anyone here a member of "Allure Experts"? They keep sending me surveys which I fill out, and so far it says I've acquired 17 "pretty points" :rolleyes: but I don't see any information on when and how I can redeem my pretty points for something tangible! Any ideas?
 
I just checked that part of the website, and I logged in. All it showed me was that I had 18 points and no open studies. But, I think I read somewhere that they do have prizes available a few times a year so you can use your points. Not sure how you know when. At the top of that page, however, there was a link to send them an e-mail.
 
I got 4 different kinds of samples from Pretty Points!Looking forward to hear more from Allure!!!:LOLLOLLOL
 
I have 21 or more points so far, but never have been given an opportunity to trade them in for the beauty freebies...

You can use http://www.time.gov/ to check your clock or use it to count down the time when entering. What time Allure is using is anyones guess :rofl:

Thank you, my computer was a few seconds faster which helps to know so that I'll wait about 4 seconds before hitting that submit button LOL then hope allures clock isn't someones wrist watch! :tongue:

I do NOT subscribe but have won 2-3 items since January. So I don't think it makes a bit of difference plus I agree ..it's against the law to descriminate!

Wow, if it's 40 points - I bet it's gonna be pretty good! Mine was only 20 points today. It said it would be 10-14 weeks to arrive, ya know how Allure is...LOL
Hope we get more point opportunities in the coming months so we can get another gift in December!
 
I got the same e-mail and I'm redeeming 20 points just like Kim. 40 pts is probably a nice, full-size product. 20 pts. is probably a lesser value full-size product or some samples. Really sneaky they don't tell you what it is. Think they'll just be cleaning out their closets. Also, about the Prevage--in case you don't know, it's about $150 for the product. I'll pass on a free tote bag w/purchase! I have a bunch of samples I've gotten for this. Haven't tried them yet, but I think I have quite a few put away.

Update: Just got the Prevage e-mail as well. A little late.

Beware if you DO sign up for these magazines while registering for a contest.. I've noticed a # of them have an auto-renew RULE built into the terms (vs an 'option'). I almost signed up for.. I think it was this one, as it was pretty cheap, but saw that I "agree to auto-renew" by submitting my request there, so I canceled it.

I *do* believe I signed up for this program (the Allure rewards thing) a few weeks ago when we were talking about it. I haven't seen anything lately from them tho. :( I want 'pretty points' :05:
