I tried to link directly to the free offer form and it won't work but it you go to the original link sample offer is still there.
 
Thanks guys. The link wouldn't work earlier. Sam's Club must be having Web site issues.

I can't get it to work either. Just get a blank page. Do you have to register and be a Sam's Club member to access?
 
Bout piddled my pants when the voice came on! Ihad the speakers on loud! LOL The page never did load for me but it still gave me a chickle!
