No, husbands are made of duct tape, beer and ear wax.
Duct taping one to a wall will not restrain him, as his body will assimilate the tape and leave a stain on the wall.

What will restrain a husband is a loving, caring, patient, uncomplaining wife, or a unicorn with a pink horn.

Unfortunately, both of these creatures are mythical.
