The offer has already expired -- they'll still take your name & info (for "future" offers), but if you look at the top of the form before you enter your info (it's in small print), you'll see they say they've run out of the samples.

Someone should really mark this offer as EXPIRED.

The water was only for the first 200 but it's still taking entries for the spa sweeps. The August Sampling are for random drawings so they are still good, too.
 
Yeah, I know the water was only first 200, which is why they've included a note that they've run out, but the entry form above (for the water) isn't also for the Aug sampling, right? Just for the spa thing? Thus, shouldn't it be considered a contest, not a freebie, now?

I had a 6pk delivered today in a huge box!!! Couldn't believe my eyes!
 
I got my six pack of water today too. Surprised to get such a huge box for such a small item. My kids loved the bubble wrap. LOL
 
there is a god, he drives a big brown truck and delivers a six pack of smart water. thanks.
 
I got home a short while ago and found a box with my 6 pack of smart water in it. Yippee, got my stuff.
 
This is soooo bizarre - I received a 6-pack of SmartWater this afternoon from Conde Nast - It's so late compared to everyone else - W T __???? This was such a weird contest...Anyway, it's an amazing surprise!
