This is the place you go when you receive a test-drive offer or similar, to select the gift card you want. We recently found one for Saturn that we hadn't requested, and it -- horrors! -- expired. Hallmark couldn't do anything about it, but Saturn is sending me a new cert. I will then log on and select Olive Garden, Red Lobster or some other gift card. We've had to go to their site in the past, and they send the cards out really quickly.
