    oh no...I'm sorry that your feathers are ruffled and your nest is no longer empty! Is your baby bird coming home alone or with youngsters? I totally understand what you are feeling...when my youngest comes home from college 3 times a year on breaks, I love to see him BUT everything changes in the house (eventhough he is hardly here) :yesnod:

    While he is training to deploy ~ ten days ago he began the process for a Medical Discharge. He has what they call Chronic Exertional Compartment Syndrome which simply means he has multiple fractures in both of his legs. Apparently this happened during Basic Training (three years ago) and he has been in pain ever since :sad:

    The count down is for :baby: first birthday.

    Actually, I went to see him for a week and now my daughter-in-law and the :baby: are in town for about three weeks while his daddy is away for a 30-day deployment training.

    Last Monday hubby and I took him out for dinner. Then I had him all day yesterday, overnight and all day today :love: We plan to have him again next week for 2 nights ~ I can't wait!

    I am with the little man...but only for 9 more hours then I have to go home :sad: It has been a busy week but I loved every minute!

    I know what you mean! I used to take really long trips like that a lot and they are crazy, especially when you get home and are trying to get back into the norm of things. Have fun with all of that!

    :doh: now that sounds familiar, I remember you saying something a ways back about driving a car back. I'm glad that you had a great time, but your own bed sure will feel good! I hope the weather will be good for driving, enjoy being home. :wave:
