Good evening,the salmon turned out great,it smoked for almost 7 hrs. ( I did up 4 of them) with a combo of pecan and apple woods. My buddies daughter liked it so much I gave her 2 of them to take back to her dorm to share. I guess her dad and I will just have to go catch more next weekend. Have Fun with the rest of your weekend. BH
