I got to the D.A.'s office today and was told the judge arrived late and just declared a mistrial due to problems with one of the jurers. Unfortunately, the case will be scheduled to start sometime in late July from what we are told. I've never been on a jury. I actually have to take the stand as an "expert witness" to some narcs I helped identify. They're hoping to put this dude away for 10-30 years. Well, at least I have another month not to worry about it.

Well good and bad news! The Good News is that i was approved and am having the procedure done on tues at 145pm EDT on June 2nd. The Bad News is that my job's short term disability was DENIED in part b/c they said their dr was unable to reach my primary physician. I'll be calling there tomorrow to find out what the heck happend. Also they tend to be liars as once before last year when I was denied they stated that my dr never called them back but I had proof including his phone record and my medical file to disprove that! However the Lady at the disability place stated she'd review it since I have new dr info w/ my spine specialist and so she stated that she can review and reverse up to 21 days but for now it will be a denial so now on top of everything else my job is in jeopardy! But everyone at work is behind me regardless just hurts not getting paid right now and w/ my daughter getting married really hurts bad!

Thanks Apple. I truly appreciate it. I'd rather get a huge needle stuck in my head in my brain then to put up w/ this crap any day of the week. Going to call tomorrow the insurance then the dr's office if it was approved so I can setup for Wed Afternoon.. Then gotta call my employer about my short term disability to let them know what's going on.
