So it's one person's word against another person's word

The person saying they increase prices for the 20% off sale is wrong. They run ads that usually end before the sale. The $499 price they saw on the fireplace would've been an ad price, and the $599 the regular price. I've been shopping there for years and know most of the people in ny local store by name. They dont always have the highest quality, but they don't set out to cheat people either.

They increase their prices for the 20% off. Went to buy a fireplace from them. The normal price was 499.00, I saw the 20% off and thought I would go down and buy it. To my surprise the price was increased to 599.00. Don't fall for it.

You don't need a coupon for in store. They give it to you when u check out.
