I just installed it. This fan is quiet noisy. Bearing is cheap and bad. Not any more than what I would expect from a cheap fan. You get what you pay for.
If you are really sensitive to noise, this fan is not for you.

It uses 60W Candelabra lamp (those small socket you see on night light).
A bulb comes with it.
It is dim. Feels more like a mood light.
