A scientific expedition searching for fossils along the Amazon River discover a prehistoric Gill-Man. The explorers capture the mysterious creature, but it breaks free.

This creature is believed to inhabit Mexico and Puerto Rico, but sightings have been reported as far north as the Carolinas and as far south as Bolivia.
It's name, which translates literally from Spanish as "goat-sucker", comes from it's reported habit of attacking, mutilating, and drinking the blood of livestock.
