I would like to get Ulead photo impact for around $50.

It usually retails around $100. There is a $20 rebate if you buy the boxed version from a "retail outlet", so I'm assuming that does not include buy.com or amazon.com.

With $20 previous version/competitive upgrade, 10% off coupons and such, I'm sure the price can be brought down to around $50 with the right combo and store so you avoid taxes and shipping.

I'll keep an eye out for version 7 there. Currently, only version 6 copies are being auctioned on e-bay and you can get those for around $20 now from on-line stores.
