She's not a teenager.

Being a parent, this is most upsetting. She should be seeking guidance from her parents and/or school guidance counselor not strangers off the internet. And, this is not the first time neither.

Shani, that sounds like a very scary situation. I think I would be scared too if I was minding my own business and suddenly someone came out of nowhere and started yelling and screaming at me. It is also nerve-wracking (sp?) to have to talk to the police or other authority figures and write out a statement and hope that someone believes you.

I teach high school, and 2 years ago a student slapped my butt as I walked by his desk. I didn't have to involve the police or anything, but I reported it to the principal but even that was scary. Like teens, teachers tend to be pretty much treated as guilty until proven innocent in order to protect the kids, so even as an adult I was worried that people wouldn't believe me and would somehow think it was my fault. My hand was shaking so badly as I wrote out the statement, the principal made me write it over neatly! In the end, justice prevailed, but it did take a few days to work it out. So be patient.

Is there any other place you and your friends can hang out after school? Some place safer, less out in the open?
 
It might be safer for you to hang out there, or at a friend's house where a parent is home. Just someplace safe. A few kids I know go to the library after school, which sounds kind of nerdy, but they get homework done and read magazines, and also some go to a coffee shop and do homework. Is there a boys and girls club near your school? http://www.bgca.org/ That might be another option. I just think it's really important for you to stay safe.

I'm pretty sure she did mention she talked to her mom about this as well as some teachers at her school.
 
Shani - As I have said before I am NOT trying to pick on you. I am only asking that if you are going to seek advice on a forum that is made up of adults mostly 25+ years of age to speak (type) coherent English so that it is understandable. I can't understand a word of what your story means other than someone had a video camera and was trying to film you doing something you may or may not have been doing.

This is the last comment I will make on anything to do with Shani because you don't even want to try to understand what we are saying, yet you come here seeking advice.
