They were created at the end of January, not yesterday, not so suspicious, many websites put up a different web page for these special offers. Depending how talented you are spaz and how many codes you have hidden up your sleeve, you could have a super nice website done in a few hours, at least i can anyway,although having your information all in one place and having the coding organized is crucial.
