Here is some general information about the Citi® prepaid Visa Cards:
•You may use the prepaid Visa card anywhere that Visa is accepted, including purchases online, the grocery store, the movies and the mall.
•The card cannot be used to make ATM cash withdrawals
•When swiping the card at time of a purchase, you MUST press CREDIT, not debit to make the transaction (because there is no PIN number).
•When purchasing gasoline, the card cannot be inserted into the pump for security reasons. The transaction must be completed on a credit card machine.
