Me, I'm waiting to watch Jeff Dunham on comedy central.
In the mean time I'm making chocolate chip cookies anyone want some? ;)

I also have chocolate chip cookies in the oven!

I'm going out for my friend's birthday tonight. Thats what Im doing.

Well you know what they say...great minds think alike.

Well, I hope you and your friend have a wonderful night. Don't get into too much trouble ;)

I am working tonight. Yup, that about sums it all up.

I do love both my jobs so I'm not complaining. Well, I only complain on two things: (1) locating cow and horse owners when their livestock breaks free and (2) determining bail and taking bail on inmates. Not that bail is hard, but for some reason I don't like it.

I tell you, I lived on a farm most of my life, and our cows never got loose. However, I live next to a farm now, and the cows and horses get out all the time. And where are the owners? I have no idea.

On the bail...sometimes it makes no sense to me. Last January me and my mom was arguing and it got physical, we never hit each other. Neither of us wanted to press charges, but they said since they came to the house, they had to arrest one of us. They took her. Her bail was 2,500. The same night, I left with my boyfriend at the time, he was abusive to begin with, but this time it was much worse. He sucker punched me while I had my 9 month old in my arms. I wound up with a broken nose, two broke teeth...I had to have surgery later on. My son fell when I did, and bumped his head on the table. He had to spend the night in the hospital. After picking me up, he took my son and wouldnt give him back. He took me out of the house at 4 am with no shoes on, shorts and a tank top. I warned him to give me my son or I was calling the cops. apparently he didnt believe me. Mind you, I live an hour away, knew no one but him where I was at. but luckily as I was walking down the street, one of his neighbors seen all the blood, and called the cops. 15 cop cars was in his driveway within 5 minutes of the call going out. He was arrested for kidnapping, and domestic assault. His bond was only $500. So I guess I'm wondering, why is it larger in some counties than others?

Me and my mother went to court, the judge knows us both pretty well and threw the case out. However, I went to court in July over the situation with my ex. He got 6 months probation, 11/29 suspended sentence, and has to pay all my bills, along with fines, and 36 anger classes. Around here, its $20 a class. However, he's only taken 2 classes, not payed any of my bills, and now they are coming after me. Its very upsetting, and his probation officer wont violate him.

Bail amounts shouldn't differ based on the county since it is a statewide rate set by the courts, but they will differ based on the offense. Your boyfriend should have had at least Domestic violence in presence of a child ~ $1,882 Utah rate on top of the other two.

Yea, I think it should have been alot more than what it was. However, I've noticed a difference. In my county, they charge you more for bail, but usually you get no fine, and usually get off with probation, or nothing at all.

However, in his county, they charge you little for bail, and then get you where it hurts once you go to court. Most of them wind up in jail, or very stiff fines.

Take him to a priest. They love to violate people.

Sorry, couldnt resist.

 I used to be Catholic. Well, I was raised Catholic. Until I turned 16. I was raped, and the priest told me I was going to hell because even though I was not consenting, its still considered sex in God's eyes. I quickly changed my religion after telling him what I thought of him.

OMG I LOVE Jeff Dunham!! Maybe it's the whole parent thing, I can actually see someone with characters geared to make a child take a second look but they are speaking ADULT! LOL! It's like every parents dream come true, LOL! Ok now I am going to watch Jeff Dunham! See Yall!

I know he is so wonderful. Between the Jalepeno on a stick, and Walter, ...oh and my all time favorite is the dead terrorist he is so funny. "I KILL YOU!" :sus: Enjoy the show

I like my ventriloquists to be able to do their act without moving their lips. You know, like a professional. Jeff Dunham fails miserably. IMO, of course.

I think he does well, he was wearing a turtleneck last night, which didn't go over well , but if you focus on the characters, it's hilarious, I love the terrorist too, LOL I Kill You................................ BOOM

He's hilarious

Well, as far as professionalism, you are correct. However, the character's are still hilarious.

BTW, how did the friends birthday go last night?

It was good. But I cant post here as its now Saturday night.

Nah. We saw some fire dancing on the patio of one of the bars and had a couple of beers. It was nice. She was very pleased wth her presents too.

Tonight we're all going out for Sushi (hey, Butty, you reading this?!) at Hana in Riverbend.
