My son has this monitor, and although it is glossy and so can be reflective, if that is not an issue this is a BEAUTIFUL monitor -- HIGHLY recommended! He is a gamer and is VERY pleased with it.

I have this monitor as well (paid $300 for it a few years ago) and these are really nice monitors. A great deal at $185.

I bought this about 2 months ago and I'm very satisfied. My old 27' Planar LCD was fine but the HP picture with IPS is much better. If you
are a pc gamer you will like it. The graphics in Skyrim and Just Cause 2 are superb. If you enjoy the pc game graphics and incredible eye candy
you can't go wrong.
