Gmail raising space to 2GB.. and possibly more..

anybody have a picture of the "Infinity plus 1" drawing they had on april fools day?? my friend told me about it, and i'd really like to see it.

also, check out the satellite imagery available on google maps bygoogle maps by hitting the "Satellite" button in the top right. google is incredible!

I'm a writer, and on a particular writers' board we've been discussing using Gmail for saving our manuscripts and works-in-progress. It's a good idea!

It'll take some getting-used-to for me, though, because the only experience I've had with Gmail so far has been for a LJ blog I have. Gmail royally screws up when it comes to LJ comments being mailed. Argh!
 
Can someone tell me how to sign up for a gmail account? The website says that they are not taking any new users at this time. Is there anyway that I can sign up?

It's definitely a good idea! You'll have access to your documents anywhere you can access your email (pretty much anywhere). :)
