Thank you!! I kind of messed up on my form & put dashes in my phone #. I hope that doesn't matter. I was rushing too fast & didn't read the "no dashes" until I submitted the form... lol :angel:
 
i tried polish for the code and it said was not right code..thanks

I signed up for this and got Thank you for signing up. We will bill you $10 for 10 issues of Seventeen magazine. I did not sign up for a subscruption to my knowledge. I was only trying to sign up for the free nail polish. I even put in the code word "polish"

I got the same message, usually there is a box to check to opt out for subscription.
 
Anyone know the code for wednesday's giveaway?
