I don't think it's from this. There were so many of those offers floating around at that time and I got it also! LOL
 
I got something like this yesterday. I got the same Biolage samples (shampoo and deep treatment in nice sized bottles) and a purple Elle comb. :) I adore Biolage, so I was thrilled.
