I got that same BS that my age could not be verified. Not even after I entered my Driver License infomation, real address, everything real. :banghead:

yes i got it many times already. once wen i posted before and once again now when i tried to sign up again.
 
i am goin to call that number now even tho i'm sorta underage but i'm doin it under my fathers name. i wanna see wat they say.
 
i just talked to them and they said that they cant verify my address because they need proof that i live there. also they need proof of my age and that was anotoher reason. the people that signed up no problem were probably a part of their mailing list from before. so they want u to send in a copy of the drivers liscense or give them the last 4 digs of the social security number. also the only way i was able to get a human operator is by pressing 0 twice as soon as the recording turned on.
 
I was never on any cigarette mailing list before and mine went through with no problems. On the sign up, I put in my last four SSN digits. Maybe that helped.
 
i did it just fine with none of that extra info and im only 19

The whole issue with the verification thing.. Your supposed to be 21 or older to sign up. I get to hear about all sorts of camel crap all the time. My girlfriend is the Minneapolis market manager for R.J. Reynolds. Also, for everyone who registerd there.. check out their event stuff. They have concerts for free, promotions at bars with free drinks, free cigarettes in some states, buy 1 get 1 coupons, and lighters. All you have to do to get free stuff is one of their dumb surveys.
BTW im not promoting them or smoking im just spreading the word about free stuff.
