Awesome recipe- everyone loves them.

1 package of green beans
1T Braggs
4T Olive Oil
2-3 sections (or whatever you call them) of a garlic clove- minced

Snap beans & mix everything in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes (or until desired texture). It works best if you cut/snap the beans in half.

Oh, BTW. Bragg Liquid Aminos looks & tastes like Chinese soy sauce. (Salty liquid to put on your food) But this stuff is actually good for you.

Thanks for the post. I use this stuff in place of soy sauce all the time. The sample packets are perfect for lunch on the go. :bigok:

One of my friends drinks vinegar straight. My mouth is puckering right now as I think of it. I bet the Apple Cider Vinegar drink is much better.
 
I've had the chinese version (of apple cider vinegar). It is better than straight vinegar.
